    Job Title: Maintenance Planner

    Department: TP)Facility Maintenance

    Shift: Core business hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM (May require weekend, holiday, and shutdown work.)

    Direct Report: Unit Manager

     

    Job Purpose

    To drive planned maintenance activities for the unit and establish applicable job knowledge to maintain systems and processes within the unit related to the planner function.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Set up, manage, and track all PMs and inspections in EZ-Heims for the Unit.
    • Set up BOMs in EZ-Heims at the Equipment level.
    • Upload any related documents to EZ-Heims such as SOPs, LOTO, etc.
    • Acquire substantial amount of job knowledge to become the Unit Master for SAP and EZ-Heims.
    • Plan, execute, and report on all shutdown activities.
    • Manage, purchase, and inventory spare parts for the Unit as well as track the budget of all spare parts incoming and outgoing.
    • Coordinate and help stage materials for plant shutdown execution.
    • Conduct regular planning meetings ahead of site outages
    • Comply with and actively support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies, and procedures of the company
    • Perform any additional duties or extra projects as assigned by management

    Qualifications

    Education: 

    • (Preferred) Bachelor's degree

    Experience: 

    • (Required) 4+ years of relevant experience
    • (Required) Strong parts knowledge
    • (Required) Knowledge of computer based maintenance systems
    • (Required) Strong attention to detail as the position is computer intensive and demands accuracy
    • (Required) Previous experience with planning and scheduling
